Cheesecake Tips:

Do your cheesecakes crack?
Bake your cheesecakes LOW & SLOW! Like 250 degrees for as many hours as it takes!
Be sure to add a pan of water to your oven before you preheat it. No need to actually set the cheesecake in the water.....yucky wet crust is no good.
When done baking allow to cool at room temp until you can handle the pan. Then transfer to the freezer or refrigerator for storage.

How do I store my cheesecake?

You can store a cheesecake in the refrigerator for 7 days. You can store it in the freezer for as long as you think it tastes fresh! They freeze very well for long periods of time if they are wrapped in a freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator. Not recommended to refreeze once thawed.
